Ordered a custom ornament for my son and his girlfriend for a Christmas gift. It is just beautiful and will look amazing on their first Christmas Tree in their new home. Ordered in the morning and picked up that evening. Couldn't ask for better service than that!!!

Micaela created a custom ornament for me and it looked gorgeous! It’s a Christmas gift for my brother and I was really excited to receive it in the mail. Canada Post delivered me a small portion of the envelope from Micaela with a note from them saying that the mail item had been damaged (this was sent from St. Albert to North Edmonton). The ornament wasn’t included, meaning it was destroyed during transit. Micaela was amazing about it. I offered to order another ornament, but she was so kind and insisted to recreate & resend the ornament for no extra charge. The ornament got to me in perfect condition the second time around. Thank you so much again Micaela! ❤️
